We produce and supply hormone-free and chemical-free products sourced directly from a handpicked selection of family-run farms throughout Bangladesh and globally. We do not buy from open wholesale markets or generic traders; we personally visit and partner with farmers who share our core values of health, sustainability, and ethical care. FamilyFarmBD operates as a fully licensed business entity governed entirely by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. All financial receipts, invoices, and payment processing details will be formally cleared and issued under our registered corporate identity. 3. Online Shopping & Accounts

To place an order for home delivery, you must register and become a member of the FamilyFarmBD website. All personal details will be treated with the utmost privacy, confidentiality, and security. During registration, we require your precise delivery address, contact number, and preferred payment preferences. You will be assigned an account number and asked to set a secure password. Please ensure your credentials are kept secure, as they help us locate your account whenever you contact our customer support. All orders submitted through www.familyfarmbd.com are subject to confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call. No order is deemed officially accepted until you receive this confirmation. All items are subject to stock availability. If an item goes out of stock after your order is placed, you will be notified promptly. We will suggest a suitable organic alternative or process a refund for that specific missing item.


4. Delivery Terms & Conditions

FamilyFarmBD operates strictly as an online, delivery-only service catering exclusively to the Dhaka Urban area. Because we run on a direct-to-doorstep delivery model to ensure maximum freshness straight from our farm sources, we do not operate physical retail storefronts for customer pickups or store collections. Our delivery fee structure is straightforward: a flat delivery charge of 60 TK applies to all orders with a total purchase value below 1,200 TK. For all orders reaching a total purchase value of 1,200 TK or above, home delivery is completely FREE. Delivery is strictly limited to residential and commercial locations within our defined Dhaka Urban coverage zone. Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team will dispatch the package, and our delivery representative will contact you via phone or SMS prior to reaching your doorstep.


5. Payments, Refunds, and Stock Availability

We offer two convenient methods of payment, handled entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You can choose to pay via our secure online electronic payment gateway, which accepts all major local and international Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit/credit cards, as well as Mobile Financial Services (MFS) including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Alternatively, you can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), where the customer or a designated representative must be present at the delivery location to hand over the payment to our delivery agent. When paying online, your account will only be finalized for the items actually available and dispatched for delivery. Any written cancellation requests for orders paid online must be submitted through our portal or email within 12 hours of order placement for a full reversal. Regarding refunds and returns, non-perishable grocery items, packaged organics, and eco-friendly cleaning products can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they remain unopened and are accompanied by the original receipt. However, due to strict health, hygiene, and temperature-controlled standards, no refunds or returns can be offered on fresh produce, dairy, meat, poultry, seafood, or baby food products. If an item is arrived damaged, please notify the delivery agent immediately or contact customer support within 2 hours of receipt with photographic proof.


6. Privacy, Data Security & Website Content

FamilyFarmBD is committed to protecting your personal data. We do not store any credit/debit card numbers or MFS pins on our servers; all financial credentials are securely routed through a bank-approved, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway directly. Personal data, such as your delivery address, phone number, and order history, is securely saved in an encrypted internal database used strictly to ensure efficient delivery processing. FamilyFarmBD will never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your login credentials and account passwords are protected using SHA512 (Secure Hash Algorithm)—an advanced cryptographic hashing system that secures your account profile against unauthorized access. To redeem any online discount vouchers, you must be a registered member on the platform. Campaign-specific promotional vouchers are valid only for the duration stated, meant exclusively for online purchases, and apply only to the product subtotal, excluding any applicable delivery fees. While FamilyFarmBD exercises reasonable endeavors to ensure all product images, descriptions, organic details, and nutritional data are updated and accurate, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without express warranties of any kind.


7. Partner & Corporate Privileges

Members of our recognized corporate partners, including specific bank premium cardholders, corporate clubs, and employee wellness programs, are entitled to exclusive privileges when shopping online with FamilyFarmBD. Eligible partners receive a specialized discount ranging from 10% to 15% on their total bill, which is clearly indicated on the digital receipt. These partner discounts are independent and cannot be combined with ongoing seasonal flash sales, clearance bundle offers, or specific online promotional day discounts. Partner cardholders are also eligible for our special 20% OFF campaign during specified promotional periods, such as our third-weekend monthly drive. To ensure smooth operations for our partners, verified corporate accounts shopping online via dedicated portal channels are subject to a flat-rate corporate delivery fee structure across the Dhaka Urban area, bypassing standard retail calculations. FamilyFarmBD, in conjunction with our corporate partner administrations, reserves the right to modify or adjust these privileges at any given time.


8. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is designed to reward our consistent organic community. Registered members earn loyalty cashback rewards on valid purchases, which can be tracked and accumulated directly through the FamilyFarmBD membership portal. This earned cashback balance can be redeemed as a direct cash deduction starting from your very next purchase at checkout. Members can also accumulate points during our official promotional days, where earnings are calculated at 25% of the cashback assigned to your current tier. Please note that special loyalty gifts, reward coupons, or promotional items cannot be combined with concurrent combo offers or flash sales. If a loyalty membership profile registers zero transactional activity for a continuous period of 12 months, FamilyFarmBD reserves the right to mark the account as inactive and forfeit any accumulated cashback balances or historical tier privileges.

The loyalty program is structured into three progressive tiers to match your lifestyle. You begin automatically on day one as a Healthy Friend, giving you immediate access to standard member-only discount windows. By spending a minimum of 5,000 BDT within a 30-day period, you are automatically upgraded to an Organic Friend, unlocking a higher cashback accumulation percentage, exclusive gift options, and priority order processing. To maintain your Organic Friend status, a total spend of 15,000 BDT must be accumulated over a rolling 90-day period. Our highest tier, the BioDynamic Friend membership, is unlocked when your spend reaches a minimum of 15,000 BDT within a 30-day period. This premium tier grants maximum cashback rewards, surprise home-delivery organic sampler boxes, and first-access privileges to our seasonal farm harvests. To maintain the BioDynamic Friend status, members must accumulate a total spend of 45,000 BDT within a rolling 90-day window.


9. Limitation of Liability

FamilyFarmBD will not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for any economic losses (including loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, or business contracts), loss of goodwill, or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the consumption of delivered goods, except as expressly mandated by consumer protection regulations under Bangladesh Law, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009. Nothing within these conditions excludes or limits our liability for personal injury proven to be caused directly by corporate negligence.
